What is Southend?
The Southend neighbourhood is the southern entrance to Lower Hutt business district centred on High Street from the intersection with Queens Drive up to the Margaret Street intersection. Southen includes the adjacent parallel streets of Queens Drive and Dudley plus Daly Streets and the links between these three.
Here is a map showing the streets included in Southend. All businesses (except those on the north-east side of Margaret Street) on the highlighted streets are included in the Southend neighbourhood.
