Cool As Challenge 2026
Participation Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to any businesses that register to participate in the Cool As Challenge for 2026.
- To create a signature Summer Berry drink unique to your business
- To have the drink available for sale to the public at all times your business is open from Friday the 23rd January to Sunday the 15th February inclusive.
- To promote the Cool As Challenge event, including your participation, in all your marketing messages from the beginning of December until the end of the event. This particularly includes social media posts and the display of material provided by the Southend Business Group to your business. The Southend Business Group will provide a private Facebook group to which you can post or share, to allow the Southend Business Group to re-post your material on its social media feeds.
- To honour any official Southend Business Group Summer Berry Drink Vouchers that are prsented to your business. Each voucher will entitle the bearer to a summer berry dink at no cost. The forst four vouchers presented to your bisiness are for your cost, but any extra will be re-imbursed by the Southend Business Group at an agreed amount. These vouchers will be used for promotional purposes including distribution to event sponsors and social media influencers.
All participating businesses will need to agree to these terms and conditions before being allowed to register.
There is a fee of $200 plus GST for businesses to participate in the Cool As Challenge 2026. Financial members of the Southend Business Group will be entitled to a 25% discount on this fee. The Southend Business Group will issue an invoice once your participation request has been checked for completeness. This invoice will be due for payment by the 1st January 2026.
