Christmas is coming

The custom decorated art trees have been installed on High Street.  Each tree has been decorated by a different local artist, so take a stroll along the street in the Southend precinct and admire the designs.  These trees have been sponsored by the Hutt City Council a in support of the Southend Business Group objective of promotng the street and its businesses.
